Welcome to Therapy

JESSICA TREDINICK, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

I am a life transition therapist. I help adults overcome anxiety and the unknown in order to step into new seasons of life with confidence and hope.

Transitions and changes in life can be exhausting. A breakup, leaving your country or the place you used to live or work, losing your health, starting college, are moments when your internal resources may fail. Mid life can be confusing as goals may change and we need to find ourselves again. Losing someone can be life-shattering, making you feel empty, angry, in despair for too long, if a traumatic event is involved and grief becomes complicated.

I have worked for 16 years treating anxious and depressed mood, trauma, the integration of contents of nightmares and dreams, and themes of personal and spiritual growth.

My approach is psychodynamic and integral, promoting psychic balance and a 'body-mind-soul connection'. My background is in Depth Psychology.

Finding a safe space to heal and give meaning to your suffering can make a difference. Working with me you will find tools to navigate into safe  emotional shores.

Approach
Two Dried Leaves

A big part of who we are is unknown to us. Exploring our dreams and unconscious contents may help us to gain insight and have fulfilling and meaningful lives. Once patterns and hidden parts of ourselves are recognized through therapy, we can make informed choices and refresh ourselves.
